Our New York office seeks a Class of 2027 entry-level associate to join our Real Estate practice starting in Fall 2027. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in real estate, a strong academic record, and exceptional analytical and writing skills. We value team players with excellent communication abilities, initiative, leadership potential, and the judgment to work independently with clients and colleagues.

Real estate is a core focus area for the firm and part of one of our five key industry sectors. Our nationally recognized practice includes more than 80 attorneys across eight offices who collaborate on sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, leasing, and joint ventures. Associates in New York work on high-value, market-leading deals across the region and nationwide, gaining meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to complex transactions.

Our multidisciplinary team of more than 200 lawyers handled hundreds of transactions valued at over $239 billion last year, advising on some of the largest and most complex matters in the country, including billion-dollar data center deals, major portfolio acquisitions, city-block redevelopments, and innovative debt restructurings.

New York bar admission will be required upon joining.
