Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in New York. This role focuses on a wide range of real estate finance and transactional matters.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience handling lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and joint venture deals. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, along with exceptional business acumen and a demonstrated ability to work directly with clients.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school (Class of 2023–2017).

Must be licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in New York.
