Alternative-Track Associate — Financial Services Consumer Litigation, Miami

Leading national litigation team is seeking an alternative-track associate to join its Miami office handling consumer finance litigation. The role focuses on high-volume defense matters for financial services clients, with exposure to state and federal court practice.

Ideal candidates will be admitted to the Florida bar and have strong research, writing, communication and organizational skills. The position requires familiarity with consumer protection laws (including TCPA and FCRA) and comfort managing heavy caseloads and procedural work in both state and federal courts.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar
• Approximately 5+ years of litigation experience handling high-volume matters (alternative-track candidates welcome)
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and case management
• Substantive knowledge of consumer protection statutes (e.g., TCPA, FCRA)
• Strong research, drafting, communication and organizational skills
• Experience representing financial services institutions preferred
