Established law firm seeking a litigation associate to join its Real Estate Capital Markets team in Miami. The role focuses on commercial real estate disputes arising in the capital markets context, with exposure to landlord–tenant matters, commercial foreclosure litigation and related commercial real estate litigation.

The team handles matters for institutional and corporate clients and offers a collegial environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement on a sizable platform.

Prior litigation experience in commercial real estate matters, including landlord–tenant disputes and foreclosure litigation.
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
