Day-to-day work includes reviewing trial records, conducting advanced legal research, drafting appellate briefs and memoranda, and supporting trial teams on high‑stakes matters. The position offers hybrid working and access to formal mentorship and professional development programs.

Admission to the Florida Bar
10+ years of trial and litigation experience (appellate experience preferred)
Experience in state and federal courts
Exceptional legal research, drafting and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple, time‑sensitive matters and mentor junior lawyers
