Seeking an associate to join a busy toxic tort and environmental litigation team in San Francisco with a focus on asbestos defense. The role involves managing cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trial work.

Ideal candidates will be California-bar admitted litigators with experience or a strong interest in asbestos and toxic-tort matters. The team defends a range of corporate clients and offers opportunities to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional asbestos caseloads within a collaborative practice group.

Admission to the California Bar
1–15 years' litigation experience handling case management, discovery and motion practice
Experience with hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trial proceedings
Asbestos/toxic-tort experience preferred but strong general litigators with interest in asbestos defense encouraged to apply
