Top-tier corporate team in Miami is hiring an early-career associate to support a busy practice advising private companies, investors and financial institutions. Work will focus on matters for high-growth technology, life sciences and other growth-stage businesses.

Typical work includes financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate transactions across the company lifecycle. The role sits in an internationally active practice and offers exposure to cross-border and growth-company matters.

The expected annual pay range for this role is $225,000 - $260,000, final offers depend on experience and location. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement and parental leave benefits.

1–3 years of corporate transactional experience (private company focus)
Experience on financings, M&A and general corporate matters; exposure to high-growth/technology or life‑sciences clients preferred
Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and excellent drafting and communication skills
