M&A Associate — Corporate (Miami)

Busy Miami corporate practice seeks a mid-level M&A associate to join a national/international team handling public and private transactions, including private equity deals. The role offers exposure to full-cycle acquisitions from diligence through closing and participation across corporate matters and governance.

The team handles complex transaction documentation and expects an associate who can draft key agreements, lead due diligence efforts, collaborate across practice groups, and supervise more junior lawyers in a fast-paced environment. Competitive compensation and firm benefits are offered.

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification M&A experience
• Demonstrated experience with public and private M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting skills for acquisition agreements and related transaction documents
• Experience leading due diligence teams and managing transactions from inception to closing
• General corporate and corporate governance experience
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
• Strong academic record, writing ability, interpersonal skills, and willingness to train junior associates
