Associate 1P Litigation, San Francisco

We are seeking an associate to join a leading IP litigation team in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on managing and litigating patent and trade-secret matters across all phases of litigation.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience conducting depositions, handling discovery and motion practice, and mentoring junior associates. The team handles high-stakes, complex disputes and seeks associates who can take ownership of casework and contribute to strategic litigation planning.

• 3 6 years of post-qualification litigation experience, with a focus on patent and trade-secret matters
• Demonstrable experience taking and defending depositions and managing discovery
• Comfort supervising and coaching junior associates
• Strong academic credentials and prior law firm litigation experience
