Top-tier litigation team seeks an antitrust associate to join its Dallas office. The role focuses on client representation in civil antitrust litigation, civil DOJ/FTC investigations, and related criminal enforcement matters.

Ideal candidates will have substantive antitrust law experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and a record of academic excellence. Prior experience working with enforcement agencies or prior government service is a plus.

2–6 years post-qualifying experience (class years ~2019–2023)
Substantive knowledge of antitrust law and experience in civil antitrust litigation
Experience with DOJ/FTC civil investigations and/or criminal antitrust enforcement matters
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Top academic credentials; prior government or enforcement agency experience preferred
