Of Counsel, Antitrust & Competition

Senior antitrust counsel role based in one of the firm's California offices (national practice footprint). The team handles high‑stakes government enforcement, internal investigations and complex civil antitrust litigation for corporate clients across industries.

The hire will manage investigations and enforcement matters involving federal and state agencies, or lead civil antitrust litigation workstreams including discovery and pretrial motion practice. Candidates with federal clerkships or a background in economics are particularly welcome.

• Significant experience in antitrust and competition law, including government/internal investigations or civil antitrust litigation
• Experience interacting with enforcement agencies (e.g., DOJ/FTC) and representing clients in state and federal courts
• Proven ability to manage discovery, draft pretrial motions, and handle complex matters
• Federal clerkship and/or economics or related academic background preferred
