Senior conflicts role within a national practice, responsible for leading clearance and escalation for complex, sensitive matters and lateral hires. You will serve as a departmental liaison to senior leadership and the Professional Responsibility function, advising on screens, ethical walls, and conflict resolution strategy.

The role includes conducting conflict analyses for new matters and hires, preparing and presenting conflict reports, reviewing engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines for compliance, and performing legal research on jurisdictional and ethical issues. You will also assist with workflow oversight, training, and onboarding for the conflicts team.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
At least 7 years of relevant conflicts/risk management experience
Demonstrated knowledge of conflicts databases, time entry systems and legal research tools
Strong written/verbal communication, analytical and leadership skills; experience supervising or training junior staff
Ability to handle confidential information, prioritize under tight deadlines, and work with senior stakeholders
