Join a growing asset finance team in Miami focused on cross-border structured finance, aircraft finance and leasing, and equipment-secured transactions. You'll work on multidisciplinary deals alongside capital markets, M&A, restructuring and regulatory colleagues across the firm’s global network.

The role involves drafting and negotiating credit facilities, syndicated loan agreements, aircraft lease and security documentation, and related commercial contracts. You will guide transactions from documentation through closing, liaise with investment, risk and technical teams, and help develop structured finance products that meet commercial and regulatory requirements.

2+ years’ experience in aircraft finance and leasing or equivalent asset finance experience
Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent (LLM acceptable)
Admission to the Florida Bar or ability to obtain admission
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills; commercial and market awareness
Excellent time-management, communication and project-management abilities
Team player with strong work ethic, good judgment and client-service focus
Fluent English; Spanish fluency strongly preferred
