Condo/Coop Property Damage Associate Attorney

Role: A full-service law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Westchester, NY office, focusing on defending condo and coop boards in property damage and building governance disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
• Handle inter-building disputes involving property damage allegations, breaches of building governance, and fiduciary duty.

Qualifications:

• 1–7 years of experience defending condo and coop boards in relevant disputes.
• Superior writing, analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Admission to the New York Bar required.
• Hybrid work arrangement available.
