This is a multi-office role open across the United States, including a virtual office option. The team focuses on transactional work for renewable projects and supports both development and financing matters.
The successful candidate will handle real estate aspects of wind, solar and battery storage projects, working closely with the Energy & Natural Resources group. The role requires strong drafting and deal-management skills, the ability to prioritize multiple matters, and clear client-focused judgment.
- 5–7 years' relevant transactional experience in renewable energy real estate (wind, solar, and/or battery storage)
- Experience across development and financing transactions
- Active bar license in the state of the chosen office, or commitment to obtain promptly
- Excellent academic record, strong written and oral communication, and proven ability to work under pressure
