Seeking a Real Estate Land Use Associate to join a national real-estate practice with openings in Austin, Dallas, Houston or via a virtual/remote option. The role focuses on land-use, zoning and development matters across Texas.

The successful candidate will work on complex land-use issues including zoning and planning, entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development agreements, and land development code interpretation. Regular attendance at in-person zoning and planning meetings is required.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in land use, zoning and related real estate development matters
Active Texas bar license and residence in Texas
Experience with entitlements, variances, platting/subdivision, city development contracts, and land development codes
Ability to attend in-person zoning and planning meetings and interact with municipal stakeholders
Strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects
