Leading national law firm is seeking mid- to senior-level real estate associates to join a busy Dallas transactional team. The team handles a broad mix of real estate matters, including lending, joint-venture equity, acquisitions, dispositions and development.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative practice that emphasizes professional growth and mentorship. The role offers exposure to lender- and borrower-side financing work as well as equity joint-venture transactions and other core commercial real estate matters.

Mid- to senior-level associate with transactional real estate experience (mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity, acquisitions/dispositions, and/or development)
Experience on lender and/or borrower side preferred; candidates with strong transactional skills from related practices will be considered
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; ability to work collaboratively and mentor more junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted
