Real Estate Associate — Dallas

We are seeking a junior-level real estate associate to join a busy Dallas real estate team. The role involves supporting senior lawyers on a range of commercial real estate matters across asset classes, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating closing processes and managing aspects of transactions from start to finish. The team handles sophisticated, market-facing commercial real estate work for institutional and corporate clients.

• Junior-level associate with experience on commercial real estate matters
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions and leases
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfort with due diligence and transaction management
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior associates and partners on complex transactions
