Real Estate Finance Associate — Dallas

National law firm seeks a junior-to-mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Dallas real estate finance team. The role involves representing borrowers and lenders on sophisticated commercial real estate financings across a range of asset types.

Typical matters include mortgage, mezzanine, construction and acquisition financings handled on a national platform. Mid-level associates work closely with partners, manage discrete workstreams, interact with clients, coordinate across practice groups and help drive transactions from inception to close.

• 2–4 years' experience in commercial real estate finance transactions
• Experience with mortgage, mezzanine, construction and/or acquisition financings
• Strong drafting and deal-management skills; ability to manage workstreams and coordinate across teams
• Active member of the Texas bar
