Top-tier national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Land Use Associate to join its Texas real estate & development team. This role is open to candidates for the Austin, Dallas, or Houston offices or for the firm's virtual-Texas practice; candidates must reside in Texas and hold an active Texas bar license.

The associate will handle complex land-use matters including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, city development contracts, and review of land development codes. The role requires the ability to attend in-person zoning and planning meetings and to manage multiple matters while articulating clear legal strategies.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in land use, zoning, and entitlements
