Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy trial-and-defense team across multiple California offices. The role focuses on general liability, product liability, premises liability and catastrophic-injury matters, with responsibility for case management from investigation through trial or mediation.

Typical responsibilities include managing a docket of matters, conducting investigations, taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and developing pre-trial and trial materials. The team offers hybrid working, mentorship, and structured professional development.

2–6 years of litigation experience (PQE)
Extensive experience in general liability, product liability, and premises liability matters
Proven experience taking and defending depositions, drafting discovery and motions, and preparing pre-trial/trial materials
Excellent legal research and writing skills; proficiency with Westlaw or similar
Strong case-management skills and the ability to handle a caseload of approximately 10–20 matters
Possess excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school
Admission to the bar in Colorado
