We are seeking intellectual property litigation associates to join a nationally recognized IP litigation team based in San Francisco. The role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated patent disputes and contentious IP matters for high-profile clients.

This position is open to candidates from law school class years 2019 through 2022 who are eager to build a career in complex IP litigation. The team handles high-stakes patent matters, including proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest or experience in IP and patent litigation.

Law school class year 2019–2022
Top law school credentials
IP/patent litigation experience
Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field is highly preferred
Federal Circuit clerkship experience preferred
Experience with PTAB disputes is a plus
