IP Litigation Associate — San Francisco

Join a major international litigation group in San Francisco focused on high-stakes patent disputes. This opening is for early-career associates to work on patent litigation matters across district courts, the Federal Circuit, and before the PTAB.

Hiring targets are law school class years 2019–2022 with demonstrated patent litigation experience. Successful candidates will join a collaborative team handling complex technology disputes and will have access to leading litigators and cross-office resources.

• Law school graduation in classes 2019–2022
• Top law school credentials and prior patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate degree in electrical/computer/mechanical engineering, computer science, or a similar technical field strongly preferred
• Clerkship experience at the CAFC or comparable appellate clerkship preferred; PTAB experience a plus
