Litigation team seeks a motivated 3–5 year associate to join a national practice handling aviation, product liability and automotive warranty matters. The role involves managing discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, and supporting trial preparation across state and federal courts.

The position is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, Orange County (Irvine) or San Francisco, with potential consideration for other locations in California. The team represents airlines, airports, manufacturers (including automotive and consumer products), retailers, government contractors and insurers.

3–5 years litigation experience; admitted to the California bar
Experience in aviation, product liability or automotive warranty litigation preferred
Strong discovery, law-and-motion and courtroom exposure; deposition and hearing experience
Familiarity with California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly) and warranty statutes (e.g., Magnuson-Moss) a plus
Excellent legal research, drafting and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive matters and work effectively in teams
