Join a market-leading financial restructuring and insolvency team in Miami focused on complex bankruptcy litigation and Chapter 11 matters. The group represents debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in contested restructuring proceedings, adversary litigation and cross-border insolvency work.

The role offers substantial courtroom and discovery exposure: trials and plan-confirmation contests, adversary proceedings, depositions, document review and motion practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers on high-profile, time-sensitive matters and develop litigation strategy, drafting and client-facing skills.

Juris Doctor or equivalent and 1–3 years of litigation or bankruptcy experience.
Demonstrable courtroom or deposition experience and familiarity with discovery practice.
Strong legal research, drafting and briefing skills; solid academic credentials.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and a collaborative team orientation.
