Qualified solicitor with experience in property development, land disposals and related transactional work.
Strong legal drafting skills and ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice.
Experience working with public- and private-sector clients (developers, housing associations, local authorities) desirable.
Confident negotiator and communicator, team player with good project management and organisational skills.
Proactive in business development and networking; willing to undertake client secondments when required.
