Join a growing national employment team as a Business Immigration Associate, with flexible hybrid working and an option to be based in Manchester or Birmingham. The role sits within a nationally recognised Employment practice and offers exposure to a varied business immigration caseload.

Day-to-day work will include advising on skilled worker and global mobility applications, supporting sponsorship compliance and right-to-work audits, assisting on immigration aspects of corporate matters, and working closely with colleagues across the wider employment team.

The role provides structured supervision, formal and on-the-job development, and opportunities to contribute to business development and to build client relationships.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with 1-3 years PQE in business immigration or wider employment practice
Practical experience of skilled worker, global mobility and sponsorship compliance matters
Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills with ability to manage a varied caseload
Commercial awareness and interest in business development; collaborative team player able to support junior colleagues
