Leading UK employment team is hiring Associates/Senior Associates to join busy national employment practice across multiple UK offices. This is a chance to work on a broad employment caseload for employer clients, including strategic advisory and contentious tribunal work.

Day-to-day work includes managing disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies; leading on Employment Tribunal defence work; advising on TUPE and outsourcing in corporate and commercial contexts; drafting contracts, settlement agreements and staff handbooks; and delivering client training.

The role offers collaboration with a large national employment team across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, strong professional development support and exposure to clients across retail, financial services, public and regulated sectors.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) with 1+ years PQE in employment law
Experience of Employment Tribunal work and advising employers on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures/redundancies
Familiarity with TUPE/outsourcing, contract drafting, settlement agreements and staff handbooks
Strong commercial awareness, client-facing skills and ability to manage workload and deadlines
