Join an award‑winning employment team based in Bristol advising a broad range of public‑ and private‑sector clients on complex, business‑critical employment matters. The role offers responsibility from the outset together with support from experienced colleagues across the national employment practice.

Work spans strategic workforce change and reorganisations, employment tribunal and civil litigation, high‑profile investigations, large‑scale data subject access requests and global mobility issues. The team also provides client training and cross‑office collaboration with practitioners in other UK offices.

Approximately 3 years' post‑qualification experience (flexible on PQE; senior associates encouraged to apply)
Practical experience advising on a range of employment matters, including investigations and discrimination issues
Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload and to work directly with clients
Strong team player with commercial awareness, self‑motivation and eagerness to learn
Registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
