Experienced litigation associate position in a Minneapolis office for a national and international commercial litigation practice. The role offers exposure to all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation matters, including discovery and motion practice.

Expect to work on complex commercial disputes with a collaborative team. The office maintains a hybrid in‑office policy that asks attorneys and support staff to work on-site three days per week to support collaboration and client service.

2–5 years of law firm litigation experience (commercial/complex litigation preferred)
Strong litigation procedure skills, including discovery/e‑discovery, motion practice, and brief writing
Deposition, hearing, and oral-argument experience a plus
Excellent academic record and strong organization, writing and analytical skills
Experience as a federal judicial law clerk encouraged to apply
