Candidates will work on liability-management transactions and representations for financial institutions and other creditors, as well as high-profile debtor restructurings (including cross-border matters).
- Law school graduation year 2019 through 2022
- Substantial experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability-management and restructuring matters
- Experience with chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings; distressed acquisitions a plus
- Preference for candidates based in or willing to be based in New York
