Senior-level associate opportunity on a non-partner track supporting a national business restructuring and reorganization practice. The role provides firmwide support for bankruptcy and restructuring matters, coordinating required court disclosures and retention procedures when the firm appears as counsel or special counsel in insolvency matters.

Day-to-day work includes managing filings and disclosures, supporting Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, assisting with distressed acquisitions, and contributing to practice-focused legal research and publications. The position requires strong writing, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across offices.

4–6 years of bankruptcy/restructuring experience (company-side Chapter 11, out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A preferred)
Strong legal research and writing skills; experience preparing court disclosures and retention papers
Excellent organization, time management, and ability to work under pressure
Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar
JD and demonstrated academic and writing credentials (writing sample and transcript typically requested)
