Grow your capital markets practice with a global international law firm’s Beijing team. The role offers regular responsibility on Greater China equity and selected debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs and follow-on offerings, working across Mainland China and Hong Kong regulatory regimes.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documentation (prospectuses, underwriting agreements, disclosure materials), support due diligence and client meetings, liaise with regulators and exchanges, and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver seamless execution.

Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 year PQE in capital markets at a law firm or financial institution.
Strong academic record and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Proven experience on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow-ons); some DCM exposure advantageous.
Fluency in Mandarin and English; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
