We are seeking motivated Capital Markets Associates to join a leading international practice with openings in Beijing and Shanghai. The role will focus on Greater China equity and debt capital markets transactions, working on IPOs and other offerings across multiple jurisdictions.

You will draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, liaise with regulators and exchanges, conduct legal research on regulatory and governance issues, and collaborate with cross-border teams to support seamless execution.

The team offers exposure to high-profile capital markets work, a collaborative international environment, and opportunities to develop technical drafting and transaction-management skills.

3–5 years' PQE in capital markets at a reputable law firm
Strong academic credentials
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Proven experience on equity and/or debt capital markets transactions, with strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in cross-border teams
