Mid-level Corporate Associate — Equity Capital Markets

Experienced corporate associate sought to join a busy Greater China Equity Capital Markets team. The role focuses on cross-border IPOs and listings, advising on multijurisdictional public-market transactions and related regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will work on high-profile transactions across Greater China, collaborate with local and overseas teams, and engage directly with clients and regulators on complex listing and public-company work.

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in equity capital markets/ECM, with exposure to HK IPO work
• Experience on initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A
• Excellent academic record, strong written and oral communication skills, and high attention to detail
• Ability to deliver client-focused, timely work and to collaborate across jurisdictions
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
