Corporate M&A Associate — Shanghai

Senior associate role in the Shanghai office of a major international law firm, focused on corporate transactions with an emphasis on cross-border M&A and related regulatory work. The role will handle complex transactions and regulatory matters including sanctions, CFIUS review and export controls.

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience, including at least 2 years' post‑admission experience in the United States
• U.S. bar admission required
• Mandarin native-level fluency and strong professional English
• Proven experience on cross‑border M&A and familiarity with regulatory matters (sanctions, CFIUS, export controls) preferred
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; able to manage multiple matters under deadlines
• PRC legal qualification preferred
