Senior corporate team in the firm’s Greater China practice is hiring a junior-midlevel associate to support high‑profile, cross‑border equity capital markets transactions, including Hong Kong IPOs and listings. The role will work on technically complex public company work and multi‑jurisdictional financings.

This is a multi‑office Greater China role (Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai) within a global corporate practice. The team advises on regulatory, disclosure and listing matters and works closely with finance, securities and M&A colleagues across the region.

The firm seeks an associate who can contribute on live IPO and public‑company matters, deliver high‑quality client service under tight deadlines and who is comfortable working across jurisdictions.

At least 4 years’ post‑qualification experience in equity capital markets/ECM, with Hong Kong and/or US side IPO/listings experience
Proven experience on initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A
Excellent academic record, strong drafting and oral communication skills, and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, strong administrative skills and client service focus
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
