At least 4 years' PQE/experience in Equity Capital Markets, with US and/or Hong Kong side IPO experience
Proven experience on IPOs, listings and public company M&A
Excellent academic record, strong attention to detail and high quality drafting skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); strong oral communication skills
