Our Bangkok office is seeking a talented Junior Associate to join our leading Southeast Asia Corporate practice. Working within a globally integrated team, you will be exposed to sophisticated transactional work, complex cross-border matters, and some of the most recognised companies and investors operating in the region. This is an opportunity to develop your legal expertise in a dynamic international environment while contributing to matters at the forefront of the market.

Our corporate team focuses on M&A, joint ventures, FDI, compliance, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, data privacy and cybersecurity, employment & labour, and the full spectrum of competition/antitrust matters including merger control.

Thai law qualification
Strong academic background
Previous legal working experience, if any
Strong legal research and organisational skills
Excellent command of written and spoken Thai
Good command of written and spoken English
Commercially minded, with a keen awareness of business demands and global developments
Growth and positive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interest in corporate matters
Enthusiastic, communicative and hard-working team-player
