Seeking a mid-level corporate M&A associate to join a leading international practice in Shanghai. The role will focus on advising on inbound and outbound M&A transactions across a range of commercial and financial-sector clients.

6–7 years’ PQE in corporate/M&A at a reputable law firm
Experience on both inbound and outbound M&A transactions preferred
Strong legal drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills
Excellent academic record
Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in teams
