Leading global capital markets team is seeking mid-to-senior foreign legal consultants to join its Asia practice. The role is open to candidates for the Hong Kong or Beijing offices and will sit within a high‑volume securities and capital markets group advising on IPOs, equity and debt offerings and related listing and disclosure matters.

Ideal candidates will be experienced at advising on cross-border capital markets transactions, comfortable working with multi-jurisdictional teams, and able to produce high-quality drafting and commercial legal advice under tight timelines. The team handles complex, market-leading securities work across a range of industries.

3–5 years’ relevant post‑qualification or equivalent experience in capital markets or securities work
Proven experience on IPOs, offerings or other securities transactions (equity, debt or listings)
Strong drafting and document-review skills and familiarity with disclosure and regulatory issues
Comfort working on cross-border matters and collaborating with multi-office teams; fluency in English required
