Foreign Legal Consultant — Capital Markets, Hong Kong

Opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level foreign legal consultant to join a leading capital markets team in Hong Kong focused on SEA-related transactions. The team advises on a full range of securities work, including equity and debt offerings, listings and cross-border capital raisings.

The role offers exposure to complex, cross-jurisdictional capital markets matters and close collaboration with a global network of capital markets lawyers. Candidates with experience on Philippine-related transactions are especially encouraged to apply.

• 1–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Qualified as a foreign lawyer or eligible to work as a foreign legal consultant in Hong Kong
• Experience on capital markets or securities transactions; cross-border experience preferred
• Experience on Philippines-related matters a strong advantage
• Strong drafting, regulatory awareness and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
