We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy financial markets group in Hong Kong. The role covers HK IPOs, capital markets transactions, private equity-related work and listed-company compliance within a fully integrated international practice.

The team handles cross-border matters and works to tight deadlines; the successful candidate will draft transactional documents in both English and Chinese, coordinate with colleagues across jurisdictions and support senior lawyers on complex listings and securities matters.

Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5–7 years PQE
Relevant experience on HK IPOs, capital markets transactions and listed-company compliance; exposure to private equity-related deals advantageous
Strong drafting skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high‑pressure, fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
