You will support capital markets transactions with a focus on transaction due diligence (TPDD) and verification work, contributing to IPOs, listings and other securities offerings handled by a cross-border team.

The role suits newly qualified candidates and early-career lawyers — prior law firm experience is helpful but not required. You will work bilingually in Chinese and English, supporting deal execution, document review, and research for complex capital markets matters.

Law degree from a reputable Chinese university (fresh graduates welcome)
Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
Interest or experience in capital markets/securities work; familiarity with IPO/listing processes preferred
Strong drafting, document-review and legal-research skills; ability to work in fast-paced, cross-border teams
