Associate - Corporate (multiple offices)

Global law firm is seeking qualified associates to join its corporate practice across multiple offices worldwide. The role offers exposure to cross-border transactional work, collaborative deal teams, and varied client matters handled by integrated international groups.

Candidates will work on structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting corporate transactions alongside senior lawyers. The firm is looking for flexible, commercially minded associates comfortable with multijurisdictional coordination and tight deadlines.

• Qualified lawyer in a recognised jurisdiction (solicitor, attorney or equivalent)
• Experience in corporate or commercial transactional work
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-management skills
• Comfortable working on cross‑border matters with international teams
