Senior Associate – Corporate Private Equity – London

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Corporate team in London, with a focus on private equity. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and work on high-profile UK and international private equity transactions.

As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead transactions, develop your own client relationships and shape your practice, with experienced partners on hand to provide guidance and support.

Our dedicated Private Equity team advises a range of mid-market investors and management teams throughout the investment lifecycle, from deal structuring through to exit. We provide practical, results-focused advice on private equity transactions, including buy-outs, portfolio acquisitions and exits.

• Experience at a law firm recognised for its corporate law practice
• Previous experience advising on private equity matters
• Senior Associate level (or equivalent experience)
• Strong technical and commercial skills
