Associate – Corporate M&A | Milan

A leading Italian law firm is seeking an Associate with 5–7 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance to join its Corporate department in Milan.

The successful candidate will handle complex extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on private equity, advise on corporate law and governance matters, and draft and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts, including in international contexts.

• 5–7 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance
