A growing Life Sciences practice is seeking a corporate associate to focus primarily on complex licensing, collaboration, and other strategic transactions in the biopharma sector. The role also offers opportunities to support M&A and related life sciences matters.

The associate will work directly with partners and senior lawyers across the Life Sciences licensing and collaboration practice, collaborating with clients and broader deal teams on multiple matters.

This is a full-time position based in New York, offering a comprehensive benefits and compensation package.

At least three years of experience with complex licensing, collaboration, and other strategic commercial transactions, preferably in the life sciences or biopharma sector.
Strong interest in developing a practice focused on life sciences and working with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Experience supporting M&A and other corporate transactions, including transactional due diligence, is beneficial.
Scientific or technical background is highly valued.
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively with partners, clients, and broader deal teams.
Excellent academic credentials and written and verbal communication skills.
Admission to the New York bar is required, or eligibility to become admitted.
