A national Banking & Finance practice group is seeking multiple Senior Lawyers (4PQE+) to join its Birmingham office, working as part of a collaborative, non-hierarchical national team.

The role supports a broad range of banking transactions across corporate finance and leveraged finance, giving the successful candidate exposure to private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks and funds. The breadth of the practice means you will work across a range of finance matters, including leveraged situations, M&A, corporate finance, refinancing, asset-based lending, group re-organisations and debt capital markets.

The team regularly advises UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and works closely with Corporate, Tax, Restructuring, Real Estate and Private Equity specialists. Team members of all levels are expected to contribute to business development, training, marketing and knowledge management.

Approximately 4+ years' PQE.
Seeking a Senior Associate, Principal Associate or Legal Director role.
Strong experience specifically in corporate debt and leveraged finance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, non-hierarchical team.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to support and develop more junior team members.
