The role involves advising on group restructurings, holding company arrangements and corporate simplification, navigating anti-avoidance provisions and international tax frameworks, and reviewing the tax implications of commercial contracts and shareholder agreements. You will work closely with colleagues across banking, real estate, litigation and employment teams, manage client relationships and share tax law developments with the wider firm.

  • Master's degree in law and Bulgarian Bar admission
  • At least one year of prior tax law experience at a reputable law firm
  • Additional specialisation in taxation is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian and English
  • Strong knowledge of local and EU tax law
