Our Tax practice group in Munich is recognized as one of Germany's leading tax teams and forms an integral part of a global partnership. From the Munich office, the team advises internationally active companies and financial investors on complex tax matters connected with transactions and tax disputes.

Mandates regularly sit at the intersection of tax, corporate and transaction law, and are characterized by their international dimension and strategic importance.

As a Senior Associate (m/w/d), you will take on early responsibility in demanding matters and work closely with partners as well as colleagues from other practice groups and jurisdictions. You will advise clients on national and international corporate tax issues, support complex M&A transactions, restructurings and tax litigation, and develop practical solutions to challenging tax problems. You will also have the opportunity to contribute significantly to client and business development and to build your own profile within an internationally renowned practice.

Excellent legal qualifications (well above average)
Relevant professional experience in tax law
Very good English skills
Strong analytical ability and entrepreneurial thinking
Ability to solve complex tax issues in a practice-oriented manner
Comfort working in international teams and taking on responsibility
Commitment to advising clients at the highest technical level
