A leading independent full-service commercial law firm advises national and international clients across all core areas of business law. Its teams in intellectual property and in trade, distribution and logistics are looking to strengthen with a commercial lawyer who brings initial relevant professional experience.

In this cross-cutting role you will work across office locations on varied mandates, supporting the firm's lawyers on a broad range of legal questions at the intersection of IP and commercial trade, distribution and logistics.

The position offers challenging projects with client contact from the outset, interdisciplinary collaboration with other practice groups and sector teams, a structured training programme, an open-door culture with flat hierarchies, and regular social events.

Successfully completed studies as a commercial lawyer (LL.B., LL.M. or comparable qualification)
Initial relevant professional experience, ideally 2–3 years, in intellectual property, contract law and/or trade, distribution and logistics
Quick grasp and ability to familiarise with new mandates and issues at pace
Interest in commercial contexts and entrepreneurial questions
Structured, self-reliant working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
Excellent German and English language skills
