We seek a corporate associate with 3–6 years of relevant experience to take a leading role on venture financings, formations, M&A, and the full range of strategic transactions that define a company’s first decade.

You will run deals, manage client relationships, mentor junior associates, and develop the judgment that comes from advising founders and boards through inflection points—from seed stage through pre-IPO and beyond. Clients range from stealth-mode startups to the most prominent late-stage private companies in the Bay Area.

Prior emerging companies experience is not required; we welcome candidates with M&A or other transactional backgrounds. This is a collaborative team that invests heavily in associate development, both on substantive work and on the client relationships that will define your career.

3–6 years of relevant corporate or transactional experience
Experience or strong interest in venture financings, formations, M&A, and strategic transactions
Prior emerging companies experience not required; M&A or other transactional backgrounds welcome
Superior academic credentials
